We’re in the market for a new Sous Chef for one of our flagship sites in Greenwich called The Oystercatcher. Having opened the site a couple of years ago, the reputation has grown to the stage where we feel now is the right time to add a second-in-command to the team.
The Oystercatcher boasts two floors of dining excellence; upstairs showcases a more refined style of cooking and downstairs a much more classic British gastro-pub. Both of the areas offer different menus and different atmospheres, but the perfect Sous Chef will be involved in the production and execution of both seamlessly. Naturally, this will mean that there is a large amount of autonomy within your work, both with regards to the food itself and the way in which the kitchen will operate.
Ideally, the perfect Sous Chef will come from another busy and bustling venue and have experience within fresh food cooking. We would love someone who is creative within their work but also pushing hard for progression opportunities too.
