We’re looking for an awesome Junior Sous Chef to join the strong team at The Garrison, Bermondsey Street, SE1. The restaurant is serving to serve fresh and seasonal food to a cracking standard, using only the very best suppliers.
Ideally, the perfect Junior Sous Chef will have experience working within Rosette’s and will show a passion for perfection. There will be plenty of opportunities to influence menu’s here, but more importantly to carry on learning and progressing within a growing company such as Mosaic.
In return, you can expect a cracking salary of upto £35k OTE as well as a great atmosphere to turn up to work in. There are great training programs in place too, to ensure that you are always keeping on your toes. There is also a great work life balance, with 4 days on and 3 days off.
