We’re looking for an awesome Sous Chef to join the strong team at Lockside in Camden. The pub is serving to serve fresh and seasonal food to a cracking standard, using only the very best suppliers.
Ideally, the perfect Sous Chef will have experience working within fresh and seasonal gastro-pub operations and will show a passion for perfection. There will be plenty of opportunities to influence menu’s here, but more importantly to carry on learning and progressing within a growing company such as Mosaic.
In return, you can expect a cracking pay package of around £34k OTE as well as a great atmosphere to turn up to work in. There are great training programs in place too, to ensure that you are always keeping on your toes.
