Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our vibrant team at Outlaw Street Food. As a Sous Chef, you’ll play a pivotal role in our kitchen, helping to create mouth-watering Korean street food dishes that our guests will love. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of culinary experts and showcase your skills in a fun and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of authentic Korean street food dishes.
  • Supervise and mentor the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food production and service.
  • Maintain food quality and safety standards while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to menu development and collaborate with the team to create new and exciting dishes.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization to meet our high standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Passion for Korean cuisine and the desire to create innovative, authentic dishes.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Creativity and a desire to contribute to menu development.
