We’re looking for an awesome Sous Chef to join the strong team at The Crofton Park Tavern in Crofton Park. The pub is serving to serve fresh and seasonal food to a cracking standard, using only the very best suppliers.
Ideally, the perfect Sous Chef will come directly from another premium fresh food operation and will show a passion for all things seasonal and foody. There will be plenty of opportunities to influence menu’s here, but more importantly to carry on learning and progressing within a growing company such as Mosaic.

You Are:

  • A good communicator, organised and an approachable leader
  • Excited and driven by great food and fresh produce, seasonality and creativity get you buzzing
  • An approachable leader who values and inspires their team through a culture of creativity
  • A team player who leaves their ego at the door – we get stuff done
  • Experienced in working with in a fresh food restaurant or pub kitchen, ideally in a premium casual dining kitchen and having ideally worked weddings and other events
  • Ambitious, want to grow and develop within a fantastic, award-winning company that is expanding and offers opportunity
