We’re in the market for a new Sous Chef for our amazing French smokehouse concept in Sevenoaks called Brisket & Barrel. The concept is rapidly evolving and is shortly going to be running a food pop-ups / residency in an amazing new kitchen and thus we are looking to add the right Sous Chef to the team to help us do that.
Brisket & Barrel is an awesome French Smokehouse concept based in Sevenoaks, serving the very best in smoked meats. This is an amazing opportunity for the perfect candidate to come in and learn about an entirely new style and standard of cooking. We’re open to ideas around background of the successful candidate: whether you are an experienced Sous Chef looking for a change, or a keen and senior Chef de Partie looking for a step up to learn something new, it’s definitely worth applying!
