We’re looking for an awesome Senior Sous Chef to join the already top-notch team at Crofton Park Tavern in Crofton Park. This pub & restaurant is known for serving fresh and seasonal food to a cracking standard, using only the very best suppliers.
Ideally, the perfect Sous Chef will have experience working within an impressive dining destination and will show a passion for perfection. There will be plenty of opportunities to influence menu’s here, but more importantly to carry on learning and progressing within a growing company such as Mosaic.
In return, you can expect a cracking salary package of upto £37k OTE as well as a great atmosphere to turn up to work in. There are great training programs in place too, to ensure that you are always keeping on your toes.
