Head Chef – The Garrison, SE1

We’re on the lookout for a new Head Chef to take reigns of the kitchen at The Garrison near London Bridge. This stunning restaurant is currently featured in the Michelin Guide and we’re looking to carry on pushing the boundaries of modern British dining under the supervision of the next Head Chef.

The ideal Head Chef will come from a similarly high-quality establishment and showcase a passion for fresh & seasonal ingredients. We’re seeking a keen eye for detail and someone who pay’s attention to food trends (or even sets some of their own!).

The role comes with everything you’d want from a ‘status’ Head Chef role; full control/autonomy of menus, great links with the very best suppliers, support from a highly successful and growing company AND an already exceedingly strong kitchen team. All that, coupled with an excellent salary and bonus structure totalling up to £65K OTE.
