Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring high standards in food quality, service, and ambiance.
- Drive sales by growing our events and wedding business, utilizing your creativity and organizational skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our loyal local clientele while attracting new customers.
- Maintain strong financial controls, overseeing budgets, stock, and payroll to meet targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a management role within hospitality, ideally in a gastro pub or event-focused venue.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on approach.
- A passion for delivering exceptional food and memorable experiences.
- Experience managing events, weddings, or private functions is a huge plus.
- A positive, community-focused attitude and the ability to create a welcoming environment.
