General Manager – The Rectory & 180 Club, Birmingham

We’re in the market for a brand new General Manager for our awesome site in Birmingham called The Rectory & 180 Club. The pub is a stunner and has a real reputation an following within the local community. It serves up the best of both worlds: fresh, seasonal & interesting food, coupled with a really good standard of beers, wines, and spirits too.

The Rectory has established itself as being a very cool place to eat and overlooks the historic St Pauls Square. We have the downstairs area to now include a high-tech interactive darts concept, and the two concepts will be run hand-in-hand by the right General Manager. There’s plenty of opportunity here to be creative with a huge scope for interesting events to really drive sales forward, though the pub already has a strong and consistent base following. The pub also boasts a very cool and independent team, so the perfect GM will be smart to look at how to get the best out of them.

Ideally, the perfect General Manager will not only have a passion for fresh food as the pub serves an excellent quality of fresh and seasonal grub but also a passion for running events too. We’re looking for someone who is a big personality and can showcase the management of a young energetic team and the expectations of punters alike.

In return, the successful GM will receive a large amount of autonomy within their work, allowing them the creative freedom to express themselves and try new things in order to bolster business. The package on offer is great, too, with up to £44K OTE to be earnt, as well as a truly excellent working culture to boot.
