General Manager – The Old Coffee Tavern, Warwick

We’re looking for a new General Manager to take the reigns at one of our amazing properties in Warwickshire called The Old Coffee Tavern. The pub is full of character and popular with locals, serving the very best in fresh British Gastro-pub food, matched with a cracking standard of wines and spirits!

The pub will be part of Mosaic Pub and Dining and we already operate another 30 other very successful and popular venues around the UK. Whilst this pub will have its own charm, it will still work to the very high standards set at our new sister properties within the estate. Mosaic are a growing company, so there will be plenty of room for growth and development!

The ideal person will be passionate about service and fresh, seasonal food and speak about it infectiously. In a perfect world, the perfect General Manager will be warming and keep the locals happy, whilst striving to bring new people to the pub at the same time! The perfect background for this person will potentially be from another high-quality gastropub, looking for progression and stability.

In return, the successful General Manager will receive a handsome salary and bonus package of up to £45k OTE, plus an amazing place to work with great people.
