We are currently in the market for a superstar Deputy General Manager to join the team at The Crown at Aston End. The pub boasts an awesome dual threat; it serves amazing seasonal food throughout the day and a buzzing and lively atmosphere in the evenings, and now we need to add to the management team to ensure the top-notch service continues throughout the entire venue.

The pub already has a rock-solid and close-knit team and has done for some time. The right individual will be interesting and creative, and not be too scared to have ideas and look to execute them. We are very proud of both the food and drink offering and we need the right DGM to continue with the hard work the rest of the team have put in.

The perfect individual will come from a similarly fast-paced environment and will showcase a passion for service as well as food & drink. We’re looking for someone to continue to learn and we’re very proud of the progression opportunities afforded to our managers across all 30 of our sites in England.
