We’re looking for a new Chef de Partie to start learning and developing in our flagship site in Central Birmingham called The Button Factory. The pub is full of character and popular serving the very best standard of fresh & seasonal food!

Mosaic is a growing company, so there will be plenty of room for growth and development! We’re looking for hungry and thriving chef’s with a passion for progression. The ideal person will be passionate about fresh and seasonal food. In a perfect world, the perfect Chef de Partie will come from a similar background so can really hit the ground running.
