Assistant Manager – The Distillery, Birmingham

We’re in the market for a brand new Assistant Manager at our stunning pub in the Birmingham called The Distillery. The pub and restaurant has really established itself as being one of the coolest and most premium places in Birmingham to drink and dine, and we feel like now is the right time to add an AM to the management team.

The venue is a cracker, and popular with local residents and local workers alike. The food is all fresh and seasonal and the beers, wines, and spirits on offer here are to die for. The management team has been a strong and close-knit group for a long time, but now could be the perfect time for the ideal AM to add a fresh perspective to the operation. Ideally, we’re looking for someone coming from a similar fast-paced environment who shares a passion for food and drink.

The Distillery is one of 27 pubs that Mosaic Pub and Dining operate, meaning the successful candidate will gain a real sense of progression throughout their time with the business. There is also a great pay package on offer, upto £13.50 per hour, as well as a real opportunity to work in a very cool pub and restaurant.
