Area Head Chef – London Based

We’re looking to add a Area Head Chef to our Operations team over at Mosaic Pub and Dining. We currently operate over 30 sites, ranging from destination gastro-pubs to city-centre restaurants and pizzeria’s and we now need an extra senior Chef within our ranks to help maintain standards throughout the company, but specifically based throughout our London sites.

As Area Head Chef it would be your job to help manage and support other Head Chef’s within our London pubs and restaurants. The ideal person would be hands-on with their day-to-day duties, traveling between sites to assist in keeping the quality high throughout. We would love to see someone who has similar experience of multi-kitchen management but would also consider a senior Head Chef who is ready for their first foray into an Operational role.

Key skills needed/preferred:

Positive attitude and ability to communicate well.

Integrate well into different and diverse teams

Support and nurture talent rather than police.

High level of cooking knowledge.

Ability to work fast, clean and efficient.

Ability to firefight and troubleshoot through kitchens that need some TLC.

Work closely with the other Executive / Operations Chef’s to ensure all the kitchens are fully trained, organised and staffed
