We’re in the market for a Head Chef to join the already strong team at The Rectory & 180 Club in Birmingham. The pub is well known for an amazing atmosphere and has been feeding local’s for years, so someone with a strong community spirit would go down well here.
Ideally, the perfect Head Chef will come directly from another fresh food pub operation and will show a passion for all things pub fayre. There will be plenty of opportunities to progress & influence here but more importantly to carry on learning within a growing and expanding business like Mosaic. This role would be perfect for an aspiring Sous Chef ready to take their first step up.
In return, you can expect an awesome salary and bonus system totalling around £35,000, as well as a great vibe to turn up to work in. There are great training programs in place too, to ensure that you are always keeping on your toes.
