We’re looking for a superstar Assistant Manager to join our new opening in South West London. We’re planning big things for this new restaurant, with loads of awesome upcoming events, there will be plenty for the right AM to get stuck into and learn about.
Ideally, the right candidate will come from a similar background and showcase a real interest in their work. A passion for premium fresh and seasonal food would be excellent, as would a history of working with top quality cocktails, wines and spirits.
