We’re looking for an awesome Head Chef to join the already strong team at The Button Factory in Birmingham. The gastro-pub is well known for serving fresh and seasonal food to a cracking standard, using only the very best suppliers. We have big plans for the summer, including open-fire cooking in the garden area and secret supper clubs, so someone creative will be perfect
Ideally, the perfect Head Chef will come directly from another premium fresh food operation and will show a passion for all things seasonal and foody. There will be plenty of opportunity to influence menu’s here, but more importantly to carry on progressing within a growing company such as Mosaic.
In return, you can expect a cracking salary and bonus system, as well as a great atmosphere to turn up to work in. There are also now over 30 sites as part of Mosaic Pub and Dining, so there’s always more to achieve within the business.
