We’re in the market for a brand new Sous Chef to join the strong team at The Garrison, Bermondsey Street, SE1. The restaurant is serving stunning and innovative seasonal food and is recognized in the Michelin Guide, so someone with a keen eye for all things food will suit well here.
The Garrison has really established itself over the years as being one of Central London’s coolest restaurants to dine at, so now would be the opportune time to join the team to continue pushing the boundaries of British dining. We’re really proud to have recently added a fresh-fish counter to the restaurant, allowing our guests to sample some of the finest offerings of British seafood in Central London.
Ideally, the perfect Sous Chef will have experience working within Rosette’s and will show a passion for perfection. There will be plenty of opportunities to influence menu’s & specials here, but more importantly to carry on learning and progressing within a growing company such as Mosaic Pub & Dining.
