Senior Chef de Partie – The Garrison, SE1

The Garrison is looking to add a Senior Chef de Partie to their already strong and thriving team. The restaurant is renowned and established within the Central London dining scene and has been a mainstay within the Michelin Guide for a number of years, and we feel now is the right time to add a new Senior Chef de Partie to the crew.

Ideally, the perfect Senior CDP will have experience within Rosettes or Michelin Bib Gourmand dining and will showcase a keen eye for perfection. We’ve recently added a fresh-fish counter to the operation, so there is always an opportunity to learn about new, innovative, and classic styles of cooking. We’re really proud of the team we’re building at The Garrison, with the Head Chef having experience within the UK’s best restaurants.
