Sales Manager – Birmingham Based

We’re in the market to add a new multi-site Sales Manager to our ranks the look after our stunning pubs & restaurants in Birmingham. The sites are all so different in aura and atmosphere, meaning the perfect Sales Manager will be passionate about catering the needs of clients to specific spaces within the venues. The scope for events and functions throughout our Birmingham portfolio is huge and no two days will be the same!

Ideally, the perfect Sales Manager will come directly from a similar role within pubs, bars and restaurants and will speak infectiously about our offering. We would love someone who already has connections to Birmingham based companies, so they can really hit the ground running in booking in amazing events.

In return, the successful candidate can expect a large level of autonomy within their working week; we would encourage the perfect Sales Manager to be creative with their time but manage their own hours accordingly based on what is happening that week. There is a real route of progression within the business, as Mosaic Pub and Dining is growing to open our 31st site within the coming months.
