Mosaic Pub and Dining have opened up an awesome new Craft Brewery in Battersea Power Station and we are looking to recruit a Head Brewer. This could be a super exciting and influential role within our business and a great time to join.
Main responsibilities will be:
• Creating/developing our range of craft beer range with lots of creative freedom to try new things
• Representing the brewery with things like public events, industry networking and presenting tours etc.
• Getting to know our guests and shaping the brews around what they like and don’t like.
• Maintaining and cleaning the brewery
